Beautiful place for the price. Great rooms and location. Nice pool.

Poor layout, housekeeping was rude and spoke no English. Lack of towels in pool area.

For the price you cannot beat it. I've stayed in hotels for twice the price that weren't as awesome. The location is in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. Myself and my wife for a few nights. We slept in late one day and the lack of a 'do not disturb' sign being available lead to some particularly overbearing housekeeping who kept trying to come in the room despite us obviously not being interested but they wouldn't know that because they did not speak our language (English). It was very clean and looked really pretty.

We didn't have any hot water to take a bath-the Internet didn't do good, air didn't stay cool.

In our room we could not take a bath. The hot water didn't work he worked on it and still we didn't have any hot water. The high speed would not stay on long enough to do anything we needed to on line it got really hot in the middle of the night the air would not get cold but the room was very clean.
